My Holy Grail Health & beauty food!

1. Organic Green Tea

( You could make your own face scrub/mask with a teabag that you have soak for 5 min, get all the green tea leaves out & mix it with honey .)

I would recommend drinking 3-4 cups of warm organic green tea daily

3. Stabilize Blood Sugar
4. High in Fiber
5. Face !  ( I would rinse my Quick-Cooking oats & soak them for 1 min before using it as a facial scrub & mask) Just 5 min once a week .

1/4 cup finely ground oats (use a coffee grinder)
2 tablespoons whole-milk plain yogurt, preferably organic
1 teaspoon honey
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until it forms a paste. Apply to your face and neck. Skin should be clean and dry to start. Let the mask set for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and pat (never rub!) skin dry.
